Now have we not reason to rejoice? Yea, I say unto you, there never were men that had so great reason to rejoice as we, since the world began; yea, and my joy is carried away, even unto boasting in my God; for he has all power, all wisdom, and all understanding; he comprehendeth all things, and he is a merciful Being, even unto salvation, to those who will repent and believe on his name.
Can we not all boast of our God and his marvelous attributes? If we do not feel to praise him and thank him all the time, it is because we are not paying attention. We are too caught up in our busy lives to notice the miracles and tender mercies that occur all around us throughout our days and in all our doings. If we could just stop occasionally and be still, as God has commanded us, we would know indeed that he is God.
