Ether 12:12
For if there be no faith among the children of men God can do no miracle among them; wherefore, he showed not himself until after their faith.
The God of heaven, who has all power, who ignites stars and brings worlds into existence by speaking a word, who measures the heavens with the span of his hand and weighs the mountains in a balance, who sits on the horizon of the earth and views the children of men as grasshoppers, can do nothing if we do not let him. Our agency is sacred, and faith is a product of agency. If we do not see miracles in our lives, it is not because God lacks the power to perform them. We must looked inward, not outward, for the source of our lack.
