2 Nephi 17:4
And say unto him: Take heed, and be quiet; fear not, neither be faint-hearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the fierce anger of Rezin with Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.
The Lord does not want us to be afraid or frantic when hard times come. It can be easy to become overwhelmed by life, but the Lord doesn't want us to fret and worry. We have problems to build our faith and make us strong. His counsel is always to be of good cheer and be not afraid. He knows all and sees all, and we are never forgotten.
