Alma 53:21
Yea, they were men of truth and soberness, for they had been taught to keep the commandments of God and to walk uprightly before him.
Personal integrity is a source of personal power. Walking uprightly does not mean never making mistakes, but it means we are honest about our mistakes and are accountable for them. When we are honest, God can trust us and help us.
