And my brother, Jacob, also has seen him as I have seen him; wherefore, I will send their words forth unto my children to prove unto them that my words are true. Wherefore, by the words of three, God hath said, I will establish my word. Nevertheless, God sendeth more witnesses, and he proveth all his words.
Isaiah, Lehi, Nephi, and Jacob were all prophetic witnesses of Christ. They paid the price of faithfulness to know him and stand in his presence. They are living proof that we are not irrevocably locked out of his presence. They testify of him, and their experience testifies that we can likewise come into his presence if we pay the same price.
