Mosiah 3:7

And lo, he shall suffer temptations, and pain of body, hunger, thirst, and fatigue, even more than man can suffer, except it be unto death; for behold, blood cometh from every pore, so great shall be his anguish for the wickedness and the abominations of his people.

Note that the angel focuses on the events in Gethsemane more than on the cross as the most intense and powerful experience of the atonement. It was in the garden of the "Olive Press" that blood came from every pore of Jesus' body. Many today do not recognize or understand the significance of Christ's Gethsemane experience. The Book of Mormon makes clear what has been obscured in the Bible. And how appropriate that Adam introduced sin into world while in a garden, and so the Savior paid for the sins of the world while in a garden.
