For behold, I am God; and I am a God of miracles; and I will show unto the world that I am the same yesterday, today, and forever; and I work not among the children of men save it be according to their faith.
If God does miracles, and if he doesn't change, why is he not doing miracles today? Because of this one additional fact: he works only by faith. He has always worked by faith and will always today and in the future work only by faith. If we don't see his miracles today, we shouldn't look at God's failure, we should look at our own. If he doesn't change, then we must have changed. When we turn to him, he turns to us.
